Privacy policy
Last updated:
This policy explains what data Zarion collects, what we use it for, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be understood on one read.
Who is responsible for your data
Zarion, with its business address in Jacksonville, Florida, United States. For any privacy matter, write to contact@zarion.us.
What we collect
- What you give us in the contact form: name, email, phone, company and the message you write.
- If you become a client: the operational data needed to deliver the service (platform users, assigned phone numbers, activity logs).
- If your operation uses our WhatsApp assistants or our telephony: the content of those conversations and calls, including recordings when they are enabled.
This site does not track you
The page you are reading uses no cookies, no advertising pixels and no third-party analytics. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. Fonts are served from our own server, so loading this page makes no request to Google either.
What we use it for
- Replying to you and preparing a proposal.
- Delivering and operating the services you contract.
- Meeting legal, accounting and tax obligations.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the providers required for the service to work, and only the data each one needs:
- Telephony and messaging providers, to send and receive calls and messages.
- Language-model providers, so the assistants and the copilot can generate responses.
- CRM and server infrastructure providers hosting the platform.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are kept while a commercial conversation is active and for up to three years afterwards, in case you come back. Client data is kept for the length of the relationship and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting obligations require. Call recordings are kept as agreed in writing with each client.
Call recording
When a client enables call recording, it is that client’s responsibility to notify the people they speak with and to obtain whatever consent the law of the call’s jurisdiction requires. Zarion provides the tool; lawful use is on whoever operates it.
Your rights
You can ask us what data of yours we hold, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Write to contact@zarion.us and we will respond. If we process the data on behalf of one of our clients, we will point you to the right party.
Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit. Platform access requires authentication and each client can only see their own data. No system is perfect: if a breach affects you, we will tell you.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date in the header. Substantive changes are also emailed to active clients.
