These terms govern the use of this site and describe the general framework of Zarion’s services. Each specific project is additionally governed by the proposal or contract signed with the client.
About this site
This site is informational. What is described here is not a binding offer: scope, price and timelines for each engagement are agreed in writing before work starts.
Product training: what it is and is not
Zarion’s training — including IUL product training — is educational material for sales teams. Zarion is not an insurer, not an insurance agency, and not a registered financial adviser. We do not sell policies and we do not recommend financial products to end consumers.
Nothing we teach replaces the licensing, supervision or regulatory obligations that apply to each agent or agency. Operating within what your license and jurisdiction allow is your responsibility.
About results
We build infrastructure and train teams; we do not guarantee sales volume, close rates or revenue. Any figure appearing in a proposal is a working projection, not a promised outcome.
Acceptable use
The messaging and telephony services we provide may not be used for unsolicited bulk outreach, impersonation, or any purpose contrary to law or to the policies of the underlying providers. Breaching this may lead to immediate suspension of service.
Text messaging (SMS) program
Zarion sends SMS only to people who opted in by ticking the checkbox on this site’s contact form, by agreeing to it when booking a meeting, or in writing. Messages are replies to your inquiry, meeting coordination, and notices about contracted services. Consent is never a condition of any purchase. These are the program terms:
- Message frequency varies with your conversation with us.
- Message and data rates may apply, according to your phone plan.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you will receive a single message confirming the opt-out.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or write to contact@zarion.us.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we handle your phone number and your consent is described in the Privacy policy on this site.
Intellectual property
The Zarion brand, this site, the platform and the training materials belong to Zarion. Clients receive a license to use them for the term of the contract; they do not acquire ownership of the software or the training material. A client’s operational data remains the client’s.
Third-party services
Parts of the platform rely on external providers of telephony, messaging, CRM and language models. An outage or a policy change at those providers can affect the service; we will do what is reasonable to mitigate it, but we are not liable for failures outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zarion’s liability to a client is limited to the amount that client paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
